Now with that being said, I wanted to make sure I was getting off on the right foot for this very relevant subject matter. Why? You may ask. Because I'm a firm believer in the theory that the written word lasts much longer and is more potent than the spoken word. Remember the old saying?..."if it was never written, then it was never said." or something to that effect, and I believe it was Shakespeare's "the pen is mightier than the sword". These words are ever so true my friend.

Because of these very same adages, is the reason I decided to write this blog. You see, I support & believe in the power of education, the power of the written word (and of the spoken word as well, but in a historical context speech only effects the present condition i.e. the active listener, but we'll discuss that in a future blog), the power of free speech and freedom of the press. So for me authoring this blog is a no-brainer...it's all very relevant to me and my earthly condition.

In conclusion , I would definitely appreciate if you would check back with me and offer any sort of feedback on this or any other blog that I write.
